Booking and Payment
- All sessions must be paid upfront to confirm your booking.
- 50 percent of the total payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your session, you may lose your full payment.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Studio Setup
- The studio is designed for two people with two microphones.
- Up to four people can be in the room, but the extra guests will need to share microphones.
- Please treat all equipment and furniture with care. Any damage or loss will be billed to you.
Recording and Delivery
- Unedited podcasts are delivered the same day.
- Edited podcasts are delivered within 48 hours.
- All audio and video files are sent to you online through a private download link.
- Please download and back up your files immediately, as we do not store them permanently.
Training and Add-Ons
If you would like training in producing or editing your podcast, we offer hands-on training sessions that cover recording, editing, and distribution for $75 per hour.
Behavior and Safety
- Be respectful toward our staff, other guests, and the property.
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed in the studio.
- Alcohol is not allowed unless approved beforehand.
- Keep noise levels reasonable and stay within your scheduled time.
- No nudity or pornographic material/content.
Your Content
You own everything you record here. It is your podcast.
However, you are responsible for the content you create. Make sure you have the rights to any music, clips, or materials you use.
